1. How fast will I make my investment back?

Many founders begin receiving sales inquiries within two weeks. Depending on your sales cycle, securing your first sale typically occurs within 2-3 weeks.

2. Do I work with Gregory directly?

You'll work directly with me, Gregory Kennedy. I don't delegate to junior team members or assistants. This isn't a program where you pay for the founder but work with the intern – you get me and my battle-tested experience every step of the way.

2. What makes your approach different from other marketing consultants?

I give you a day-by-day action plan and sit with you during office hours to help you execute it. While other consultants might vanish after delivering a PowerPoint, I'm in the trenches with you, helping you make adjustments in real time based on what's working. my advice is practical, not academic.

3. How much time should I expect to commit weekly?

Plan to dedicate 5-7 hours per week to implement your marketing. This includes 1.5 hours for office hours (you don't need to attend every session, I recommend you go to two a week), plus 3-5 hours executing the specific tactics in your action plan. The beauty of my approach is efficiency – I'll help you focus only on high-impact activities rather than spreading yourself thin across dozens of marketing channels.

4. Do you work with companies outside the SaaS industry?

While my primary expertise is in SaaS and tech, I will work with select companies in other industries. The marketing principles remain similar, though the tactics may vary. During our intro call, we'll discuss your specific business model to ensure my approach aligns with your needs. That said, non-tech consumer products and e-commerce businesses typically aren't a good fit for my methodology.

5. What happens after the 3/6-month program ends?

By the end of your program, you'll have launched multiple marketing campaigns, established a consistent lead generation system, and developed the skills to continue executing independently. About 70% of founders choose to renew for another sprint to launch additional channels or scale what's working. Others feel equipped to continue on their own with the foundation we've built. Either way, you own all the campaigns, templates, and processes we develop.

6. Will you help with paid advertising campaigns?

Yes, but with an important caveat: I focus first on low-cost, high-ROI marketing tactics to generate early traction before significant ad spend. When we do implement paid campaigns, I'll help you set them up correctly with proper targeting, tracking, and small test budgets before scaling.

7. How do the daily office hours work?

Office hours are 4 times a week. Monday to Thursday 9:00-10:30 AM Pacific Time.

These are group sessions where you can get real-time feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and receive guidance on executing your action plan. You don't need to attend every session – your plan will indicate which specific days you should prioritize. Most founders attend 2-3 sessions weekly.

8. What specific marketing tactics do you typically implement?

I customize tactics based on your business, but common elements include:

  • Outbound campaigns with high response rates

  • Content creation systems that don't require you to become a full-time blogger

9. Is there a lower-cost option available?
