The back story:

Steve Jobs single-handedly changed my life. I worked on my first Macintosh 128 in school when I was 11. I went to Macintosh computer camp in the summer between 7th and 8th grade. Even though it was free, I was the only nerd who wanted to. 

Fast forward to my late teens, and at my first graphic design internship, I got a reputation as the Mac guy. I was the only one in the entire firm who knew desktop publishing. Fun times.

My graphic design business took off when I could finally afford to buy my own Mac, designing flyers for NY clubs in the ‘90s.

I coded a website on a Mac in 1997, and it was featured in a book listing the top 100 design websites in the world. This experience led to my hiring by a top design firm, where I worked on websites for notable clients such as MoMA and Tiffany & Co.

I moved to SF in 2004. I got a degree in marketing from U.C. Berkeley, had a startup that was acquired, worked for a unicorn, was VP of marketing at a large SaaS company, and continue to work with early-stage founders and bleeding-edge startups, which remains my passion.
